You will gain the essential practical leadership skills to allow you or your leadership team to coach with confidence. The course starts with 2-Days of intensive training followed by 4-Weeks of workplace skills practice then one final workshop day to showcase your new skills.

The whole programme is delivered with the support of the powerful and highly-interactive LEDA Coaching App. The app engages and guides participants through the work-based phase of learning on the programme.

Certification

Upon completion, successful completion of the programme participants will be awarded certification from the British Association for Coaching (AC): Recognised Leader as Coach’ Award . Participants will also achieve LEDA Coaching System Level 3 Practitioner status.
