Course Overview
- Title: Group Coaching for Performance & Productivity: LEDA Level 1
Type: In-House or Public Course (75% Face-to-face; 25% Online via Live Zoom Training)
- Duration: 4 weeks
Programme Structure:
- 1 Day Workshop;
- 2.5 Days Face to Face Coaching over 4-6 weeks
- Work-based practical challenges to implementing action plans created in the Group Coaching Sessions;
- Final Half-Day at End of Programme
(There is an additional option to have a follow-up review session after 6 weeks.)
Course Fees: RM 4,500 per pax (Minimum 10 pax)

Creating Alignment
Before the programme begins we meet with the appointed PIC to be briefed on organisational goals and operational priorities relevant to the selected participants.
We then establish exactly what ‘success will look like’ for the organisation by the end of the programme.
From here we then fine-tune the weekly themes for the coaching sessions to ensure all participants are clear on the direction of the company and of the coaching programme.
