LEDA 360 Review
The LEDA 360 Review is perfect for getting detailed feedback from managers, peers and direct reports to form a holistic view of how an employee is performing in their leadership role.
OVERVIEW
Our 360 Review is delivered through the innovative LEDA Next Level App. This review is fast to complete via mobile or desktop. The questions gather feedback on the following key areas of leadership:
1. Professional Relationship Management Skills & Motivational Skills
2. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
3. Ability to facilitate discussions and manage meetings efficiently
4. Solution-focused leadership
5. Alignment with company values, vision and mission.
The results are then compiled and presented in an individual LEDA 360 Report.
The results are shared with the 360 Review Sponsors first and then shared with the participants in 1:1 feedback sessions.
