The LEDA 360 Review is a powerful tool for providing comprehensive insights into the current performance of leaders, recognising strengths and identifying opportunities for development.
The process begins with selecting colleagues to rate each participant anonymously through the LEDA 360 Review online survey instrument. Each participant is rated by their managers, peers and direct reports. The results are compiled into individual reports. The results are then discussed individually with each participant by our expert coaching team.
Each individual LEDA 360 Reports forms the basis for the subsequent series of individual coaching sessions. During the sessions each participant is able to refer to specific areas of their report, identifying opportunities for development, ranging from their ability to communicate effectively, to inspire, to motivate and to unlock the full potential of the team members they lead.
