This is specifically designed for leaders who appreciate the challenges and rewards the game of golf brings. The venue for the 2022 programme is the 5 Star Luxury Saujana Hotel & Golf Resort in Selangor
The programme creates high-level networking opportunities at a national and international level, in a relaxed environment away from the usual pressures of top-level leadership. Located in the 5 Star Championship Courses of Saujance Hotel & Gold resort

As a Senior Leader you are required to make make hundreds of decisions and to put in thousands of hours of work. This Leadership Retreat gives you the opportunity to step back, take stock of where you are now and gain powerful new perspectives on how to move forward and out-perform your competitors.
The leadersership sessions during the retreat focus on enhancing the Mindset and the Skillset for leading through volatile, fast-changing, busines environments.
In two years time 75% of the global workforce will be Millennials and post-Millenials, so this course also equips you with a new Skillset to lead and motivate performance from the next generation.
